Rewards Shipping Soon - Verify Your Address On Backerkit!

Hey backers,
We're excited to say that shipping for rewards will begin in early August. Please log onto your Backerkit account and make sure that your address is up to date. Everyone who ordered physical rewards from our Kickstarter should do this. All physical orders, with no exceptions, will use your address on file with Backerkit for shipping. We'll be locking down addresses on July 31st/August 1st, after which you won't be able to edit your shipping information, so make sure to do it soon. If you need help with accessing your Backerkit account, you can send us a message on here.
We're super grateful for everyone's patience, and can't wait for you all to start receiving your rewards. Be sure to send us pics on Twitter once they arrive - we'd love to see!
Important Update Regarding The Nintendo Switch Version

Hi everyone,
We hope you've been enjoying Heart of the Woods! The public Switch release was last week, and we've been super happy to see so many new people discovering the game ☺ We've had some reports of crashes though, and on investigating, think we've figured it out.
Currently, if you have game installed to an SD card instead of your system's internal memory, it may cause crashing issues due to how images are loaded. This does not seem to affect every SD card, but so far, all crashes have occurred when using one. If you have this issue, please try redownloading the game to your internal storage - your saves should carry over just fine. We're going to be rolling out some improvements in a patch later this month that will hopefully alleviate the issue a bit. We'll also be adding German and Spanish translations, and some GUI updates.

Switch Keys Distributed!

Wow, it felt good to type that title. Switch keys have (mostly 🙁) been distributed! To get yours, log into your Backerkit account and go to the "digital downloads" tab to find your key. Please note that North American keys will not be active until tomorrow. The keys themselves have already been distributed, but won't work until the store page is live tomorrow. EU and OCE keys should be active already. Hong Kong region keys, as mentioned previously, won't be sent until we have the updated Chinese version of the game complete. At the moment, we don't have an estimate for when that'll be. If you requested an HK key and would like to change it to another region, shoot us a message.
The reason I say "mostly distributed" is because, unfortunately, we were sent about 20 North American keys too few. We've already sent the request for more, but we expect it'll be a few business days before they arrive. If you're one of the folks who hasn't gotten a key yet, send us a DM and we'll send you a free digital PC copy of the artbook and soundtrack as an apology - they don't require a PC copy of the game to use.
